We wish to offer our sincere appreciation to the countless individuals who have given to the clean up and rescue effort in New York City. I want to also send me and my family's condolences to the families of the victims of this terrible tragedy. Though we are scattered throughout a large and diverse land, we are still AMERICANS and should all pull together in times of crisis.
I thank our leaders for their wisdom and for their willingness to take on a task as great as the one we are facing now. Thank you President Bush and your staff who have a tough road ahead, but I know you are up to the challenge.
My family's thoughts and prayers are with all who are involved and to the families of the victims, no matter what nationality or faith they may be.
